| BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ORDERS | All designs and customisations undertaken by S39 as part of a bespoke/custom order remain the sole property of S39 for design and copyright purposes. Any commissions, adjustments or amendments to S39 designs, or in creating new products, remain the property of S39, to be used as they choose. |
| DELIVERY | The products are delivered to the shipping address, indicated during the process of order. International Orders are sent via (by avia): Ukrposhta Post Office Parsel weight 1 – 3 kg costs $25,00 Europe – for 10 – 30 business days USA – for 14 – 30 business days Oceania – for 14 – 30 business days DHL 1-3 kg about $30 World wide – for 2 – 3 business days International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer / recipient / buyer will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. | CHANGES TO ORDERS | If the byuer decides to add, modify or change the item which is already made according to all parameters specified in the order, the customer incurs all additional costs, including shipping. |
| SHIPPING DETAILS | IMPORTANT ! If the buyer hadn’t picked up the parcel in time and it returned to us, the repeated delivery is issued after the byuer pays for it. If the buyer hadn’t picked up the parcel in time, it returned to us and the buyer refuses to pay for the repeated delivery or wants to cancel the order, we refund 50% of the item’s cost. |
